I've noticed that when Sonar crashed on me recently, it no longer asks me if I want it to attempt to save a recovery version of the project? Also it doesn't offer to send a notice to the developers anymore (although that was useless function). I wonder if these were removed. 


I don't mean an Autosave file. That still works, thank goodness. An autorecovery file looks like this:

An excellent question.  I've noticed the same thing, though even in X1 I didn't ALWAYS see auto-recovery mode after a crash.  It definitely has saved me some work in the past though.

My X1 was stable and never crashed once so I don't know about that but X2 has been crashing a lot at random times and does compile a report to Cakewalk.  My project folders contain files like "SongFileName.cwp.~2012-09-29-10-44-34-297".
