I installed X3 in my new windows 10 laptop. I installed the UA 1g driver. The UA IG device shows up in Preferences under audio devices but it's greyed out when in ASIO mode and I cant enable it. It Shows up under Audio Devices and it works when I switch to MME drivers. But not ASIO
Help Please.

Here's your problem, I would make sure to download the driver directly and not trust W10 to do this correctly.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for Windows 8 but the same thing happened.
 
I installed the driver manually. I couldn't find the drive for Windows 10.
I also reinstalled X3.
 
The UA IG shows up but its greyed out.

If there is any other ASIO input or output device selected the UA IG will be greyed out because the ASIO spec requires the host to use one ASIO driver at a time.
