Right now the old 1.3.0 is working fine with X2 for me. I can't do that with X1- it crashes.

Nothing changed on Melodyne's side- they didn't fixe the memory leak bug until 2.0 (a paid upgrade.)

But it's probably a good sign that the version that should be broken isn't anymore.

Peace,

Works fine for me.

Tells me my buffer is too low, but it isn't, and it did the same in X1. Age old looping problem is still present but that's another issue.

Not really used it with sonar x1 yet,I got a half price deal on an upgrade from the studio one edition, its the latest version they call it single track now ,but i heard a few stories about issues in conjuntion with sonar x1,will have to look that thread up ,now you have reminded me it was reguarding a memory leak, i remember a thread.

Cheers

Not heard about the looping Problem i know their was something similar with Reason 6 rewire skipping the first section if looped and only playing every other cycle of the loop, hope it is not that bad, will have to also look that up
Thanks Benny

I had a 'fixed' reply last week from CW ref. an old CWRBN I submitted concerning the memory leak issue in Melodyne.  I upgraded to Melodyne Editor 2.0 as soon as it came out and that fixed the leak so all has been well ever since.  I'm not sure what CW have fixed in X2 unless it is some kind of safety net provision for a memory leak problem in Melodyne, which might explain post 2 above which says pre-2.0 versions now play nice with Sonar.
