Forgive me if I am missing something here. I know you can save and load ProChannel presets, but as I understand it, that preset is for the complete setup of a ProChannel strip. So for instance, if I want to save a current strip that has the QuadCurve, Concrete Limiter and Breverb modules in it, the saved preset will save that configuration of ProChannel modules.
What I would like to be able to do is, for an individual module, say the QuadCurve for instance, save its settings to a preset file. At the moment I have to resort to the old fashioned method of making notes of my settings, which for some plug-ins can be a bit of a pain.
I hope I missing something and that you can do this already, but from what I have read about ProChannel presets in the X2 Reference Guide it is not possible.
How does everyone else deal with this. Admittedly, there are not a lot of parrameters in some of the modules, and if I knew what I was doing, like a proper engineer should, I would quickly be able to dial in my required settings for any given situation.
But I'm not a proper engineer, just a bedroom hobbyist, and I've gotten used to using presets over the years, either ones tha I have saved myself, or out of the box presets to get me started.
This is not an aggressive request, more a nice to have I suppose, but I thought I'd ask around the forum before deciding to put in an official feature request.
cheers
