I thought the mp3 encoding problem seemed to be resolved in x1 expanded but my x2 will not export an mp3 please advise thx

did you uninstall previous versions, or have you upgraded to 64 bit? There is a separate 64 bit mp3 installer that you may need to contact Cake for.

Yes...64 bit now. Never thought of that.....it seems like every time there's a change we have to keep re-paying for an mp3 encoder already paid for....hmmmm

You do not have to buy another license. Contact tech support they will sort it out for you.

If you purchased the 32 bit encoder, the 64 bit encoder is free. All you have to do is ask for it.
