The only problem that I am seeing is in a project started in X1d Producer Expanded.
I opened it in X2 and have saved it as an X2 project. Sometimes the vertical now time line will stick and not move at all.
It's not the thing where you can hit the Scroll Lock button and toggle it on or off. Because that doesn't help.
I can rewind, fast forward and play. But the timeline does not scroll.
So far, the only way to fix this is to exit the project, and re open it.
At this point, I have only noticed this in one particular project. I guess becasue I have been working on it the most.
This is on a 32-Bit Windows 7 system.

I had one issue - while a project was running, drop a waves (latest version) reverb into the effects bin, screen went white - but sonar captured the error and asked me if I wanted to send it in.. Sure!

I just ran into a new one.  Dropped in R-MIX on a mono track in the console while sonar was running.  All the visual activity was drawing on the far left of the window. I dragged the selector box towards the left to drop onto the image and the screen went white and came back - the song stopped, and the track it was in kept going - but it was a recursion echo that began to run away, this time no automatic sonar error capture, had to jump quick and kill the audio engine - nasty noise. 

I am running on an AMD 64 bit 6200 2 core, on windows 7 with current updates. Sonar 64 bit. No other programs loaded on my machine - its JUST for sonar. 

Loving the take lanes for audio - automation lanes - and the zoom feature in the timeline - and Breverb - and the new left/right button lasso changes - and the audio engine update .  Not sure about the Roland R MIX tool though, I will stay away from it for a while..

After three days - wouldn't change my decision to go to X2 AT ALL.

Im finding x2 studio completely unuseable. My x1 projects are loading slower in x2, and are incredibly sluggish (especially any that use 32bit plugins in bitbridge). When I solo or mute a track in the track view, the entire interface freezes, and can take several seconds (up to 7 or so) to unfreeze. This doesnt occur with Busses, only tracks. The more plugins I have loaded in bitbridge, the worse it is.  Additionally, it doesnt matter if playback is running or not, i still get the freezing.

Pretty disappointed as this never happens in x1. I've reinstalled a few times.

Im using Win 7 64 bit. i5-2500k cpu. 16 gigs ram. Multiple Seperate 7200rpm drives for O.S./Samples/project storage.

well I have not fully tested everything yet. So far X2 seems more stable then X1 the LP 64 EQ and the LP 64 multi band seems to work better. IMHO The rendering and export functions are greatly improved.

So far I have only had one problem. There seems to be a problem with the pro channel. When ever I load a preset. then insert a module. only part of the module appears. I got to collapse it then expand it for the whole thing to appear. 

There is also a question with breverb in the pro channel. I will open the preset to load a preset, but I don't see the preset window collapse once it is loaded. I don't see a button to close the preset window. This might be because I am unfamiliar with the plug in. It may not be a bug. 

So to conclude there seems to be an issue changing out modules after a preset is loaded, I can fix it by collapsing and then expanding the new module.  

So far I've had:

1. A mixer docked at the bottom where X2 refused to allow me to resize the dock. The double arrow icon just refused to appear. I had to close and reopen the project.

2. Fx Chains confusing or doubling parameters. This happened by loading Slate VTM - assigning controls to several knobs, then loading VCC, reassigning some VTM knobs for use in VCC. Result: somehow, "Process" in VTM got linked to "Drive" in VCC, where both parameters would be effected by moving the knob.

While Left Click drag to select a range of measures/tracks seems to be working OK.  Right Click "Lasso" does not work at all.  Rather it selects an entire track and not just the "lassoed" selection.  Or is this me?

Unless, as in my case, the crash reporting routine crashes,,, the progress bar goes about 3/4 way then the process freezes...(sigh)

  The first two projects [originally X1] that i opened and began working on crashed to a frozen white screen every ten minutes or so. I was almost always while the song was stopped and i was doing some sort of editing i do all the time in X1 without a problem. These are fairly large projects with .cwp file size of 2,500 or more, and plenty of plugs - not that that should make any difference...
