Truth is this video is done, however any suggestions on the mix will help for future works.

Recorded multi track and mixed at home. It is a bit trickier to mix with all the bleed of a loud band into the open mics. Hope you enjoy.

That is a foot tapping song. Nice...A good mix for a live recording. drums are a bit hard to hear but the song is catchy.

Thank you, Rocky Vincent, the singer is the writer, I'm the guitarist and did the recording. There was plenty of bleed in the mics, so I'm thinking about things I can do to achieve greater isolation.  Does anyone know if those acrylic shields around drummer are effective?  I do have a closed back cabinet I could use and aim it away from the band a bit more... just thinking...

wow, this is mixed really well for a live performance!  I'm really impressed.  live performance mixes are much harder to do than studio tracks, IMO.

plastic shields around the drummer do help, but they won't completely isolate.  if you want true isolation, you need a studio track! :-)

good job!

Band looks and sounds great - totally ready for the big time! Can't really see how you're miking the drums, but this sounds so good that probably the only way you're going to get it any better is to close-mic every single drum. I wouldn't bother about getting greater separation except on the bass -- it's all over everything. I don't get out much, but this is a band I would go see.

Well, I'd sure come see you play!  Nice job all around.  Recording is very nicely done and the performances are well done, giving us a nice musical experience.  Hey, Columbia, Mo. is where my cousin lives.  I've been there.  Don't remember a lot but I would have remembered this.  I REALLY enjoyed it!!

Other than the kick being a little low I think it's a great live recording - it's not like you had a recording truck or something so I'd consider it very well done.

Good performances too - your guitar work is real solid.
