PSP has updated their PSP E27 to version 1.0.2. This update fixes most of the crucial bugs. We understand that the bugs in the initial version kept some of you from being able to test the potential and sound quality this plug-in; you can install the demo of this latest version and test it again for the full two weeks. If you are interested in buying the plug-in at the intro price type 'GearSlutzRulez' in the additional coupon field during check out in our online store (you may combine this discount with your loyalty discount).

I've downloaded this and been using it as a mastering EQ and it's awesome! Very musical. You guys and gals should download the demo and take advantage of the intro price using the code I provided above if you're interested.

I've just tired the latest v1.0.3 released a few days ago with Platinum. Sounds great but it does not retain the settings when you save a Sonar file and then reload it.  The effect is gone (similar to  bypass). You then need to reselect a frequency and toggle the gain to engage the effect again. Does not happen in Wavelab or Cubase Pro 8. Not sure whether it is a PSP bug or a Sonar bug. Any ideas? Thanks!

Did you perform a VST rescan after downloading the 1.03 version?

Hi Daniel,
Sonar automatically scans when I launch it. I tried a manual rescan and the problem persists.
Cheers,

No I think that code was pretty short lived. It's a great EQ that can be used in very small amounts but just opens up the top end and tightens the low end in a very musical way. That coupled with the transformer emulation and saturation makes for a very pleasant sounding EQ. It has a permanent place on my drum buss.
