Speaking of scrolling I've had some pretty annoying issues with scrolling up and down in the console/Pro Channel. When scrolling with my mouse or trackball wheels the cursor sometimes hooks into the faders and knobs and changes stuff I don't want changed. This is a particularly bad issue with the volume faders when I have a level set just right and it throws it out of whack. There isn't much room to settle the cursor on the strips to avoid the faders. I'm going to get into the habit of setting the snap on controls so I can easily revert back to the desired level (trick I just learned from the Garrigus book) but I'd really just like the scroll wheels to scroll the actual GUIs and not affect controls. I do all my adjustments with click/drag/QWERTY input anyway. Is there a setting I can change to make this happen? Should I put in a feature request? PS: This is in X1 but I'll be on X2 very soon.
