The What's New documentation says that Rapture is new with X2. There wasn't a separate download for Rapture, so I double checked to be sure that Rapture was included in the Sonar installation. However, when I insert Rapture, I get LE with the version number 1.22 that was in the email I received with the serial number (which I never did have to supply to run it). I also notice that the dll hasn't been modified in my vstplugins folder since 2010. So is this just Rapture LE again, and if so, why is Cakewalk claiming that it's the full version and new with X2?

depends which version of sonar you bought.. if it's studio, then perhaps it's only a producer exclusive

it's included in the core sonar install though (it starts a separate installer called from the main one)


in the install it prompts if you want the 32 or 64 bit version

I have Producer, and I did a reinstall of Rapture just to make sure. However, there was no separate installer launch.

Cakewalk is working on a solution/fix for this problem but it has not be posted yet.
