Whenever I've tried to use Guitar Rig 4 (which came with X1) it's got no presets in it. It works fine with Guitar Rig 3. Anyone know what I need to do to see the presets? Thx, Mike F.

Go to NI website and download the latest update.  The original GR 4 LE that came with X1 does this if I remember correctly.  When I got the update all the presets showed up.  Also...I think you need to run it as stand alone and register it before it works right in Sonar but I might be mistaken about that.

Load Guitar Rig - Go to Help - Launch Service Center - Click on Update and let it download the updates. 

I just went to the NI website.  For some reason I can't get the update page to load.  I sent them a problem report.

If I remember correctly, I just updated the version of the GR 4 LE software.
