I have recorded the audio from an old 4 track cassette into Sonar onto 4 individual tracks. The old cassette was originally recorded using a Tascam Porta Two 4track recorder at high speed. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the high speed tascam recorder. However, I do have another, older 4track cassette recorder (Tascam Porta One), but it will not play back at the higher speed the cassette was originally recorded on.
I have just recorded these slower-speed tracks into Sonar, and the recording is, of course, "slow motion". I basically need a way in Sonar to speed up the playback so I can hear the originally recorded music in it's correct pitch/speed (ike the vari-speed slider on the Porta Two high speed machine).
Can anyone tell me how to do this, or if this is possible? I would very much like to work with these old recordings.
