I've been trying off and on for two days now and only get "video not found" errors.  Everything else I've popped up works fine.  I did the recent subscription thingy so I should see most anything.

Watched it on my PC with no problem. Sometimes I have that problem when using the Android app.
In that case I open the Android browser and watch it from there.
 
Maybe the server is real busy. Then again, maybe not. I can't imagine that there are thousands of people simultaneously watching a video on DDLY, LOL. 
 
Try clearing your browser cache. That worked for me one time. 

Watched it this morning

Is it a Flash/HTML5 thing? Try setting it to one or the other. At least that's the problem I had ages ago.

Watched it on the laptop with no issues. I am running firefox and have an AdBlock plus ad-on installed so I do need to disable that first.

Finally watched it on my laptop late this afternoon. Still don't know what the problem was.
Go figure.
