I was one of those who took the "upgrade to X1 and get X2..." promo. I received an email today from Cakewalk pointing to my downloads for X2, all is there in my account profile.
Maybe the delay for you is because you ordered from Musicians Friend instead of directly from Cakewalk (as I did)
Are you able to access your account info at the Cakewalk store listing all your purchases/serial numbers?
