Downloaded x2 studio last night upgrading from x1 essential once the software installed I went to run the programme it loaded up and the. A message came up saying sonar has not installed properly code 1 c! Anyone else had this problem, how do I get around this my wife is uninstalling it now and reinstalling as I'm at work until 6pm and she is more computer savvy then me!

Still not working we have now tried uninstalling and won't let me, tried reinstalling and replacing my current copy it extracts the files and then won't start the install! Beginning to get extremely p****d off with it now! I'm using windows 7 premium, 64bit capability, I have 800gb of hard drive space available so I dont see my system being a problem! We have tried running it as the administrator and the same error message appears sonar did not install properly code 1 use install cd! I had. I problems downloading the files from the store was done in 5 hours!

Sounds like your download was not successful. The installation works fine if your files are good.

Use Google Chrome for the download or if you must use Internet Explorer, download the Free Download Manager to ensure you get a clean download. 

My missus started downloading it for me at 16:00hrs got two hours left to see if its going to give me any issues this, like you suggested I am using google chrome instead of firefox fingers crossed!
