Am I mistaken? When installing X2 (and Rapture) the new licensing agreement states "...install and use this software on only one machine at a time..." In the past I thought the policy was two machines but use was limited to only one machine at a time.
 
Am I mistaken or is this the new License?

Technically, the wording means that you're not allowed to "run" it on two machines simultaneously.  So, you can have it installed on multiple machines.  But if you're actively running it on 2 systems simultaneously, with two operators, getting twice the work done in the same amount of time... that would require two licenses.

Also: this has been the policy for a very long time.  At least since SONAR 3.
