It looks like the price to upgrade from Editor 2 to Editor 4 is $99 on the Celemony site.

 
Where (or how) are you finding these prices? I'm not seeing them anywhere on the Celemony site.
I have Editor 2 and nothing pops up telling me about the update.

Celemony actually did all the work. I just asked them how to get to the upgrades.

Silly me. I went to "Updates and Upgrades" under the Products page.  No mention of $99 or $149 upgrades there.

Guess I went to the wrong place also. I just sent them an email request to if it is too late for me to pay the extra $50 for the Studio 4 upgrade.

Did you all see the tempo mapping and shaping feature of Studio? That alone is worth the $50 difference in 2E ->4E vs 2E->4S.

Yes, The more videos I watch the more I am convinced that Studio 4 is the way to go this time.
