Yea. I think you got it James. At 2:40 in this video there is a closeup of the Fender Rhodes.

The Electone E70 model was different in that it used the same circuit boards and preset voice architecture as used on the CS80.  So basically, it's a preset CS80.  Pretty sweet...a poor man's cs80.  You could probably pick one up on CL for peanuts.  (unless you live in one of those tiny houses)

Yes, there is a Rhodes in there (definitely not a CP-80 or variant). However, I think the OP wanted to know about the arpeggiated synth that runs throughout the song. My best guess would be an ARP 2600.
