Audiosnap was totally useless for me in X1 and I upgraded to X2 hoping it would solve all my audiosnap woes. No such luck.
The most grievous of my issues is that audiosnap simply won't save my work. I spend hours correcting the timing of something, save the project and close it, and when I reopen it again audiosnap has completely reset all of the transients.
Another issue I have is that audiosnap will sometimes miss a large percentage of my transients, and then find hundreds of apparently really soft transients that weren't there. Here are some screenshots:
