I found the online user manual, but I am wondering if a PDF version like we had for X1 will be available to download to a tablet or smartphone for late night reading?

Yes. It's in the SONAR documentation folder which is in the 01_Read_This_First.exe file you downloaded.

Is that the 54 page beginner guide you are referring to, or did I miss something? I am looking for the 1850 page reference guide like the one that came with X1.

I'm still installing X2 - when it's finished I'll look for it - I'll be miffed if there isn't one.

@Luteman, Andrew really didn't edit anything. I think it has something to do with marking the issue solved.
I guess I should have been more clear what I was asking for.
So....is there a reference manual?
