I run the install part 1.exe as admin, it does the extract and then attempts to execute part 2 when the following message appears:
 
Please download and run previous packages. 
 
I attempt to run the second part on it's own with the same result. 
 
Anyone run into this problem?

My exe's would look like they worked, but they didn't extract. I just used 7zip to manually extract the files within the exe's (they are executable zipfiles). Once they were all extracted, I just used the setup.exe to install.

I had that problem and it was caused by corrupted downloads. Look for a checksum utility on google and verify that the files downloaded ok. See post #10 in this thread: http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2666477.
 
Also, downloading with Chrome worked much better for me than Firefox. BTW, correct checksums do not necessary mean you won't have problems installing. I'm still getting corrupt file errors after successful extraction with the Loops and One Shots install.

Thanks, all.  The problem was corrupt files.  I just downloaded Chrome and re-downloaded and all is well!  Thanks for the responses!!
