Does this mean the DSF String Pack will no longer be available with the upgrade after the 19th? I thought I saw somewhere where it will be available until September 30th. I have plenty of string libraries but I would like to add this one. What's up with the sale?

Being in the same class as me is the biggest perk.

I don't want the strings. If it was 99 bucks, I'd do it, but for 119 I'll wait and see how y'awl fair.

I checked and in the Cake Store it says the strings will be available free with X2 until Sept. 30th. I hope I'm not reading this wrong.

I recall someone from CW saying that the strings would be available till the 30th regardless of when the pre-sale ended.

  So I'm guessing that everyone is thinking that when the Pre-Sale ends, then X2 will be released? That would be very cool!

I was in,  but i accidentally bought the "studio" version.  The Cake guys have to undo my mistake, so i think I might be the one to hold things up.  I'm working to get it fixed ASAP..

I think it was mainly that you bought X2 and got X1 free. Sort of the reverse of what I did which was to buy 8 and get X1 free. I think someone mentioned that possibly they were doing this to make it easier for you to migrate older files into X2. My question would be why fight your way thru X1 to understand or work better with X2!
X1 had a pretty big learner's curve. I think you have enough on your plate with that, much less, throwing X2 on top.
Anyway, glad the wait is over for X2!
