You would think so but I have heard this complaint before. Maybe a PM to one of the CW staff directly might get it going. Persistence will pay off.

These after-webinar parties are most excellent.

I will say this...Cakewalk has definitely improved the web store process...I ordered mine tonite and the serials are already in my email...X1 it took almost 3 days...I'm sure it was a glitch...fortunately I had experienced it before so I was prepared to wait...this time it was rather painless (notwithstanding the actual money leaving my account and going into theirs)...

I do appreciate a company that moves towards excellence...honestly I have been with CW since it came on floppy disk, (really I still have them)...I have almost always gotten the upgrades save a version of Sonar 3 or something...

And one of the primary reasons I have stayed with the Bakers is they always seem to tailor the cost coefficient to be a little bit less than what they offer you in terms of product...

I've paid for full versions of DimPro and rapture in the past...and have bought libraries...

So to get them now might seem unfair but I do appreciate that they have included all that they have...

The Overloud stuff looks promising...the Guitar Rig thing was a deep dive into a shallow pool as far as I was concerned...never did convert me...

But this channel/console/breverb/re-tooling thing is frankly well worth the entrance price this time...

I have spent $$$$ on UAD, Waves, Izotope, Blue, and a host of other things and to have presets, and a console function built in to each strip will make my work flow unbearably simpler...

Now I can use the heavy cost items surgically which will make my entire process much less painful...since they products themselves have limitations by the host...

I am pleased to see the amount of priority and thought placed by the bakers into the product and the upgrade approach is really a deal maker.

Jumped in sept 6.. and of course, I nabbed the box set as always. I'm wondering if the 1st bug fix release is in the bakers' tray yet? ;-P.

I would be in if I could swap the $149 value DSF symphonic strings for something more valuable to ME, such as the merely $79 value PC2A module.

Cakewalk, is there any chance of that happening? I realize the chances are slim to none, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

You would not be the only one.

I'd pay $50 a month for broadband if it was available where I lived ... that's the point though ... it's still not available in a lot of places ... and not all broadband is going to be able to handle a 10+GB download either, so just because you have broadband, it doesn't mean you'll be able to DL it.

True. Yes, that sucks that you can't get it everywhere in this day and age.

Even with broadband I have always purchased the box sets...sometimes it feels justified having an actual product on the shelf somewhere...

Besides in a download...there's appx. 15 gigabytes of things that can go wrong...
