I will say this...Cakewalk has definitely improved the web store process...I ordered mine tonite and the serials are already in my email....

 I am pleased to see the amount of priority and thought placed by the bakers into the product and the upgrade approach is really a deal maker.

Smooth and easy. 
I am also really liking the DSF strings. These are going to be very useable. I have GPO and Miroslav as well as some misc Kontakt things, IK and Yellow Tools  - I really like this for big fat fisted string pads and beds.

I have serial #'s and reg. code, does this mean I can download my X2 upgrade?

it would seem that the missing link is, well, the missing link. you have serials and reg code but nowhere to download from. that will come later in september. 

This is a pre-sale. You can download the DSF strings package from your account now but you have to wait for X2. The Bakers are saying the downloads will be ready around the end of the month but personally... if they need a little longer to make sure it is fully baked I think I would prefer they take their time. But not tooooo long. ;-)

I'm in. I also feel that the DSF Strings are going to be very usable for the stuff that I do. They sound better than the demo, for sure.

Yeah, seriously, guys. That demo is horrendous compared to what it actually sounds like. Can someone who knows what they're doing create a new one for Cakewalk? I think they might be losing sales because of this. It is far more nuanced than the keyboard stabbing we hear in the demo.

I'd prefer to order the box set with the physical DVD disks.

Can I order throught the Cake store, and how much will it cost?
