Also I could rightfully delete this thread due to it being a duplicate of another. I wont because I give people some freedom as long as its not harming anyone.  Just saying! 
 
I want the forum to be as open as possible and without people thinking about being singled out for a minor infraction. Only when some one steps over the line and starts bashing people or attacking people will I take action. I believe most members prefer it that way. 
 
If that is not the case and most want stricter enforcement we can adjust.

I remember reading in the Tampa Tribune that Dick Clark was looking to buy a huge parcel in southern Sarasota County and turn it into a retirement development for *retired celebrities*.   How would the deed restrictions read in a development like that?
