I've already pre-paid for my shiny new copy of X2.
 
I decided earlier today to purchase the full version of Overloud TH2, and both the download link and the serial number have now appeared in my account.
 
Does anyone know if I have to wait (or maybe if it's actually better to wait) until I have X2 on my system before I install this full version of TH2, bearing in mind that X2 is shipping with (the presumably 'cut-down') TH2 'SONAR' version?
 
I've looked everywhere in the advertorial bumph, but I can't see this question addressed.

I am using it right now.
It rocks once you get familiar with the interface.

Does it work straight out of the box in both standalone and VST modes?

I have not tried the VST yet but the SA works great.
The latency is minimal if noticeable at all.

The answer to all your questions is yes. You can install it now and it works in both stand alone and VST modes

@Steve... That'd be cool, man. I'm getting itchy to try it but have been holding off until I can check out the Sonar version. If it can give me more tube/room dynamic tone than GR5 I'll probably snag it. If it's only moderately better I think I'm gonna start looking for some miniature tube amp combos and a nice mic or two. Cheers.
