I w.ould recommend at least 256K or 392K would be even better.

Could this be a typo, or I'm behind the times. I thought 320kbps was the best the mp3 format had to offer.

Yeah, 320 is the highest I've seen. I just chalked that up to a typo/oops type of thing.
