I've never gotten MIDI grooves before, so I'm quite ignorant in this area. I see that Groove Monkee is highly respected here. I also see that Groove Monkee grooves come with several different formats. What format would I use w/ Sonar X1 Essential, using a drum & percussion file in Dim Pro, for example?
