I am making progress toward finishing the CD.  4 of 11 songs on almost "in the can".  I always go back and do final tweaks on stuff after listening for awhile in cars, home stereo, phone etc...    I find getting feedback here to be very helpful and peoples first impressions make for really good information.  I am also proud of this stuff and do just want to show it off too :)    Thanks on advance for checking it out and I hope you all enjoy our music!

Voda La Void
Cool tune.  Sounded like classic rock to me, with that progressive tilt I like.  Mixed good, sounds pro to me, I've got no criticisms.  Well wait, maybe one...the bass was a little low.  In that quiet part I could barely hear it.  But then, I'm using computer speakers so take that with a grain of salt.

The Maillard Reaction
Real nice. I really like the instrumentation, the arrangement and the vocal harmonies. I like the organ stabs a whole bunch.

The drums seem just a bit hot and seem to be up in front of the singers on the "sound stage" during the verses and actually seem to get quieter on the short solo/breaks.

Thanks for sharing!

Excellent job!  Drums sound awesome.  I like the song and production.
I listened to the wave file version.
The vocals are a tiny bit soft to me but their high end sibilence is almost too strong.
For a CD, I might experiment by reducing some of the very top of the vocal EQ (maybe .5db) and then bringing up the vocal level by the same.  The idea is to get a touch more body to the vocals without sacrificing the clean top end you already have.
The bass and kick sound perfect.  Did you play the drums live?

All the best.

Sounds good here, as noted the vox is a little sibilant, thanks for sharing.
