There are three knobs: S,N, and A.  Are these implying any particular desk, like SSL, Neve, API?

Nice combo...

If they even come close to that it will be a nice feature... I hope/imagine there's also a way to bypass all 3 and have the "transparent" ability?

I'm a big fan and long time user of all the boards mentioned.... I'm sure to use the Neve and Trident sound often.... Maybe they'll add more emulations so we can have Helios, API, and others as well!

Keni you can bypass them.  Each has a bypass button, and you can select all your tracks, hold CTRL, and click the bypass button to bypass all of them at once.

Thanks tunekicker...

I was sincerely hoping they remembered such a basic tool... ;-)

Yes, but don't laugh too hard yet.... Save some for years from now when someone decides they want that Behringer sound! Reminds me of wanting the Sears Silvertone sound... People actually pay extra money to have access to a sound we all laughed at when it came out! ;-)

Wouldn't that be an "M" (Mackie)

For all the dissing of behringer I am always amazed at often I find their products being used...

I have several of the midi devices that function quite well...that being said both Mackie and Behringer should stay out of your audio signal path where it matters...control info is small and non-intrusive...but let those guys mess with the A/D conversion and you WILL regret it...

(Although there is a mod to bypass the preamps in the behringer octopre that allows a fairly decent conversion...its the stinking preamp channels these guys use that is pure harshness)

I have the same feeling about focusrite...wet blanket comes to mind...
