I am using a Roland Juno-Gi with Windows 7 and every time I record an audio track, it records the metronome. And then on subsequent tracks, it records those to. Help!!

What audio interface are you using?  If you are using a built in sound card then some of them support "Record what you hear" or "Stereo Out" recording.  Check your Control Panel-> Hardware and Sound->Manage Audio Devices. to see wat you have selected as your recording input.
