Does anyone know how (if at all) "Breverb 2 Sonar" differs from Overloud's standard Breverb 2 product?

No I don't but I'll bet it does. Hopefully it's not as LE as TH2 Producer is.

No, but I've noticed there is a Breverb in Fxpansion's BFD2 drum software, so it seems to be in a lot of audio products.

I have breverb 2 and it is nice and has it's own spot near and dear to my heart. I use it on about 45% of my mixes.
When X2 comes out, then I can tell you the difference.

Most of the "lite" products have the same sound and engine, just less variations and controls.  That is what makes them lite.  It don't make them crippled.  Breverb sounds good - that is the main thing.  Better than any other algorithmic reverb that has come w/ SONAR.  That is a good thing.

Yeah, but how many reverbs do you need? We had Cakewalk, Lexicon, Sonitus, Perfect Space... And the Lite Version is just to get you to go buy the full version.

Ya really, how many do you need ?? I just bought the TSAR-1R recently, and that sounds great to me. I'm not so sure I need to upgrade to another reverb.

I want one perfect reverb that does exactly what I need.

Well, maybe two - an algo and convolution.

And yea, the TSAR-1R is great.  PS is great.  If I didn't have TSAR I'd be looking at upgrading Breverb, if it works as good as it sounds so far.
