Hi,

NP: Night Comes In -- and Calvary Cross -- Richard Thompson -- Live More or Less ... and Dave Pegg is on bass, and it is one of my favorite bass playing pieces ever. Beautiful touch ... you simply can't teach that!

I think it was the current line-up when I saw them but with Dave Mattacks on drums..could be wrong tho.

Memory gets hazy cos I've seen Tull a few times and there is a lot of crossover - Peggy. Mattacks, Maart Allcock.

I know what you mean, the incestious nature of these bands, coupled with "senior memory" makes things a bit hazy at times.

I had recollections of seeing Fairport at Dartington Hall in Devon in the dim and distant past. Simon Nicol was there for sure, but then I remember Ashley Hutchens and Cathy Lesurf. Yes, it was The Albion Band and must have been the early 80’s before I went to live in Holland in 1983. It must have been Dave Matticks on drums.

Still trying to find this on CD ... I think Craig told me where this was on a CD, but I can not remember it.

The songs are both on here as well.  I have this album but not "Live! (More Or Less)"
