I was on the old newsgroup. I was a bit unhappy when CW went to the web. But I did join early on. I was not the very first but very close.
Same here. I thought I remembered that I had resisted for quite a while before accepting the switch to web based forums and finally joining here. But it looks like it was only a few days...
We seem to have the same sensibilities. This is not the first time we see things in the same way.
I don't know if that is good or bad.
