Don't think there's any tempo synced modulation going on anywhere in this pad...
Probably not...but that might not stop it from trying to resync to some odd spot in the waveform it's playing back anyway.
Another suggestion too. Try posting this question in the Cakewalk Instruments forum. There are folks there that are
much more versed in the ins and outs of Rene's sound engine, sfz and such that could give you better answers than you're likely to get here.
