does any have idea of what good eq settings for the final mix in hip hop and r&b need some help with this please thanks.

There are no set settings for these things. You use your ears to decide what needs to be cut and boosted and by how much and by what Q.

Every song is different, so there cant be the same EQ settings for every song.

You use your ears and combine that with your knowledge and the directions of the song, youll know what to do

this really all depends there is no set eq setting for hip hop or r &b listen to your mix then listen to a professional mix and try to get as close to that as possible but make sure you use a linear eq

It doesn't have to be a linear phase EQ. It can be a linear and it can also be a non linear,m depending on what is needed and your personal preference..

I prefer the "smiley face" formation. 

Seriously though, you should only have to make small adjustments to the Master EQ.  If you find yourself needing big adjustments, you should probably revisit the mix.  Atleast that is the popular advice.

invest in Ozone. I found the presets (organized by genre) to be very helpful as starting points for the master bus. You can even take snapshot of your favorite songs eq and copy them to your own.
