I'm still new to Sonar so I'm looking up keyboard shortcuts all the time trying to get my workflow as mouseless as possible, but since the keyboard shortcut list is part of the main help file you can't search only on the keyboard shortcuts texts.

Would make it a lot easier to find things.

In the Sonar Welcome PDF available from your Downloadsection in the MY Store Account, there's an index of keyboard shortcuts. It's not the best but you could probably find good use for it. It's printable at least, whcih helps

I have also created my own tabular list in two formats.  One is a PDF with links and Table of Contents and the other is a mobi file that I can read on my Kindle.  Both formats are available for download here.
