Also it's worth noting that, X1 was totally new. I mean they changed almost everything from 8.5.3. It's obvious to see bugs in a product with such a huge scope. Now that their framework is in place and pretty solid, I wouldn't expect a lots of bugs.

I am waiting for the youtube version as I missed the webinar today.

I don't anticipate this update having nearly the issues that I had with the initial release of X1.  (Hope springs eternal)

Well there's a whole basket full of new features and improvements in X2 that makes me want it right away. The seminar's demo of it seemed to be working fine considering it was a live webinar. No crashes were to be seen.

And I liked that they used a little bit of everything new in X2, live and on-the-fly, no editing out anything less than fresh.

I upgraded to X1 from 8.5 last week and was starting to wonder if Native Instruments was ever going to release more serial numbers for the included Guitar Rig 4... after seeing the webinar, I don't care. I think TH2 was what I was waiting for all these years. Also, i agree with djwayne, the timeline zoom looks awesome.

I think X2 will be very good. If you think about it, it is a further expansion of X1 expanded which is quite stable overall. Now that layers are gone, many will have a better experience with it in my view.

Personally I concur with others and I want it NOW!!!

I'll be a cautious observer of X2 going into release and installation. even though I've already ordered it I think I'll wait for feedback from those who install early.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see how it goes. I have high hopes though, I imagine Cake should of learned from the mistakes of yesteryear.
