Turns out is was to do with the MIDI buffer. I had changed the buffer size, but it was the
Prepare Using N Msec Buffers
that I had to change (made it 700ms) and now it works. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Glad you got it working.
There's usually a simple answer to these problems, and it's nearly always user error of some sort - I should know - I've done my fair share
