Well, I opted to upgrade to X1 Production Suite 6 days ago. I received all of the downloads via my account and got the serials and activations via email (and my account)....but....I have yet to receive a serial for the PC4K compressor. I have it downloaded and can't install it without the serial. I phoned customer support but got a recording that they are CLOSED...??? In the middle of the day...in the middle of the week? Strange.

Also, I know that some of you upgraded to the Production Suite. Does your purchase show up in your Order History at the bottom of your account page? Every purchase I have made is showing up EXCEPT the Production Suite upgrade...although I did receive my receipt via email shortly after the purchase.

I hope you got it heavily discounted otherwise I'd be major pi$$ed.

It was the $100 upgrade. Got the Z3TA+2 upgrade and the PC4k expander/gate...and supposed to get the FREE X2 upgrade when it comes out. But was also supposed to get the PC4K compressor...which I got the download, but no serial or activation. Got them for everything else :( .

AHHHHHH....customer support has come thru...! I sent them a message via the website about 15 minutes ago and I've already got an email response with my serial and activation numbers. KUDOS for customer support...even though they say they are closed via phone....hehe.

OOPS...spoke too soon. It's the expander/gate they sent me the numbers for...which I already have. Ahhhh, back to the drawing board.

All straightened out. Emailed them again and they sent me the correct numbers...!

I upgraded to Production Suite, too. Is it supposed to include the Compressor? I see the download in my account, but no serial...

I have the same problem, compressor appeared in my account, but without serial (N/A). Cant remember if it even was in the production suite upgrade description. Also scratching my head about production suite saying: Out of serial numbers Cant find anything about qualifying now for the free X2 upgrade either. PS: now my order (from the 3rd) vanished from the history (products still there)

My purchase never did show up in the Order History...although I do have the receipt via email.  Evidently the compressor does NOT come with the Production Suite...I just looked it up and it mentions the expander/gate and Z3TA+2, but nothing about the compressor.

They sent me another set of numbers, but those are for my PC2A level amplifier that I bought a few months ago...guess I need to read closer :) .  Maybe the compressor will be one of the added bonuses for the early customers they referred to.  We shall see.

Just didn't understand why it showed up in our downloads...I assumed it was included too.

I wasn't all that impressed with the Z3TA+2 synth (dim pro seems much more usable to me)...especially if they don't follow through with the free upgrade to X2.  I will really be torked if I spent $100 on the Z3TA upgrade and expander/gate without the upgrade to X2.

I do think they will make good on it though.  Some have already mentioned they were told it would include the X2 up.
