I just loaded DXMan,  it sees LSP fine.  The LSP DLL file is on the disk right where DXMan said.  Checked the CLSID entry in the registry and that too is where DXMan said it would be, and it seems to be okay.
 
Also checked Sonar PlugIn manager, and there sits LSP looking just fine.
 
NO idea what to make of all this, don't see anything obvious as to why LSP isn't recognized in Sonar any longer.
