I play mostly acoustic materal with some rock thrown in occasionally. I second the vote for Ozone, however if my project master doesn't need  mastering the T-Racks limiter on the end of the chain set up properly does the trick. I also find myself using it for guitars sometimes.

If you play hiphop I think that the T-Racks limiter is a good choice and will really 'pump it up'. The limiter you can get for the PC is probably just as good or better though.

highly disagree with this. I use them all the time and I make mostly R&b, Electro Pop, Soul, and hip hop. I play with Dubstep and Trance. I use the T Racks stuff all the time.

You can use it with anything. I'm just saying there are better ones in that price range that you can use in my opinion for certain genres. I never said you cant use them. This is getting out of hand! LOL

I use T-Racks Classic Compressor for per track compression. I find it works and sounds better than ProChannel, or anything else for that matter. For mastering however, I swear by Ozone 5.

I absolutely LOVE the Classic Compressor on guitar. I use it on every track that is a clean tone or with minimal gain.

The Opto is really nice on strings.  I have most of the UAD compressors but I never use them any more.  I almost exclusively use IK.
