Thanks for your input, CJ. Yeah, that's what I thought, too. But when I tried it, by either uninstalling first or
not uninstalling first, I ran into the error messages in my original post. It might be that I used the wrong order, as Bristol suggested. I spoke with tech support on the phone yesterday and told them what my issue is with the missing content, and they recommended I do a full reinstall. So I'm in the process of doing that. Maybe it'll be a good thing in that it'll solve another problem or two.
