Here it is open to all to discuss all ideas and changes the forum would like to make to it.

Also it has been proposed that I wait until Monday to send the letter. I am thinking that is a good idea. It would give the forum a little more time and I do know that there are some members that come to the forum on the weekends.

Another idea is that I change the word awful to great in the phrase "awful loss".
To me it is an awful loss and is negative. That was the objection that the word awful has negative connotations. I think it should stay as is but I leave it up to the forum.

How about: "We share in the loss you are feeling."

John I would appreciate my name added to the list and thank you.

With his presence here we were all better for it.  He was a peace maker here without being judgmental. By him posting, many disagreements were concluded because he offered insights that would bring us to understanding.
We've known him as a sort of mentor to us all and a gifted musician.

We have never written to anyone about a member that is no longer on this forum. It is unprecedented.  However, for Ba Midi it is an honor to speak of his being a member here and to remember him with the greatest love.

I want to also thank CW for their forbearance in allowing these threads to stay in the X1 forum. Their consideration about this has been very helpful. I am grateful to them.
