Dear Anyone. You were so nice about my last stoopid question, I've got another one for you! OK. So I want to do volume automation. I've got the little green line activated - that's fine. Now I want to add nodes to it so I'm just raising the volume in the area I want to. Everything I've read says 'right-click on little green line and choose Add Node'. Except I'm not getting Add Node, not that I can see. I'm getting Jump, Linear, Fast Curve, Slow Curve, Assign Envelope, Delete Envelope, Clear All. I take it the little green line I can already see IS the envelope and I don't have to assign another one on top of that or something? I know it should be obvious. I know it probably tells me somewhere in the manual and I've missed it/not known when I was looking at it (that happens to me a lot.) Please, laugh all you want, but how do I add nodes to the automation line? I know I can add freeform nodes with the pencil but that's not accurate enough. (I hope to GAWD that's not the only way!) There's gotta be a way to just click on the line and make a node appear where you've clicked? Isn't there? Yours hopefully - this COULD be the last stoopid question for awhile at least! Chris.

Double click or Alt + Click where you want the node.

You'll need to make sure the envelope is the active element in the edit filter. That is done by middle mouse clicking or pressing T. Either method opens the HUD where the edit filter can be changed.

Yep, right-clicking was the old way in previous versions of SONAR.
