i am new too Sonar and i have alway's working with cubase and there is an option to duplicate a clip in a track an dan he paste it right behind the other clip,without overlapping.
 
is this option in Sonar too,because i have some beat looping clips and i don't want too put every clip manual behind every other clip,with the risk i overlap them,i can not find it,maby it is put under a other name

If the clip is a loop you should be able to click and drag the right side of the clip and drag it out to where you want to loop to stop playing. Of course, this assumes that the clip is an even number of beats, like a measure of 4/4. 

If you want to insert multiple clips, then you need to get comfortable with the snap to grid settings. Set the snap to grid to Measure and any clips you add will start right on the first beat of the measure.

Groove Clip looping will do what you want.
