That was different.  I thought I heard a couple timing issues but other than that (if I even did) it was very cool.  A bit muddy in the mix?  Once again it could be me.  I think the concept is very good and you did a good job.

Shawn, For me it sounds a bit congested and could have a bit better separation on the instrumentation, unless this is the sound you were going for. Try hitting it with a single line equal say 500 - 700 and see if that helps out any. Nice theme direction though and the drums are BIG!!

Peace and Blessings, John

Mr. EPug, I always smile at your presence in my threads and this one is no exception! MAN'O'MAN I just could make sense of the measure of this song and I am pretty much a 4/4 guy so it is what it is, I spent a few more hours trying to improve it but frankly it got worse, on another note I do think that it is cool and does have it's moments which I really enjoy and I find myself listening to it as I walk down the streets of Hastings, Minnesota...especially at night so that alone is a sign of some level of success and payoff!

QUESTION GENTLEMEN & LADIES! Does anyone know the legalities of using the transcribed notes of a piece like this, modifying it and then selling it??? Is that possible or will the BMI/ASCAP police shoot me down.

I kind of want to include this in my SoundTraxx Library as it is but must answer this question first. THANKS IN ADVANCE! - Shawn

John, Yes, I am proud of the drums on this one, thick, deep & juicy they are! There's a coupole of low key instruments battling for the bassline which causes that rumble along with some sub-bass booms...I kind of like how when the high parts of the piano come in clarity appears and when the quiet parts come you get lost in the rumble!

Thanks Man! -Shawn
