has anyone used this? is this a useful plugin to play with?, using chords and such panned stuff to make more surround sounding,or 3d sounding to be exact./? dont know how to put this but if you have messed with it you would know what im talking about,. by doing this it doesnt sound like its in the center of the head feel, what do you guys think of this. any opinions are appreciated ,. thaks

I use it quite alot, find it good on pads (Omnisphere) more for making them sound better when mix is summed to mono,  that and channel tools :-)

It's a phase adjuster, meaning you can use it to shift the phase of a track. AFAIK, this is a very specific correction that you'd only use to phase-align two tracks containing data from the same source, e.g. two mics on a guitar cabinet.

You cannot hear phase shifts by themselves. You can only hear the indirect effects of phase shifts when blending two sources whose main difference is phase. So fiddling with the phase of a single track from a single source would, 99% of the time, have no audible effect. 

The possible exception might be be layered samples, such as a layered kick or bass. If you put two kick drum samples together from two different sources, they might be out of phase with one another, in which case this plugin would be just the ticket for lining them up.
