I am doing a project with stereo backing tracks which I am importing into the project in stereo Track 1. Then the vocals on track 2 coming into the DAW via mic line input....arm track 2 to record then press the record button..the problem is I am recording the backing track in with the vocal...is there a way to get only vocal but allow the singer to hear the track while he is recording? Cant mix his voice well because the backing trak is on his track too......

You should really start a new thread with your problem in the title to get attention. Also list your system set up and version of Sonar. What audio interface are you using etc.
