That's a man that's built a great career and never lost his magic touch.  I think he did it by simply *being love*.  Love isn't a concept for that man.  You can tell music that IS love, versus the people who've never experienced it.  Not even from their own mothers sometimes! :D:D

When are you writing the biography?

I'm not good with words so can't write.  I do know some people who do ghost writing for celebrities and poly tickians.  You can't be a catcher in rye if you're in that business.  You need to weed that out of your system if you're going to do it.  I'm way too sensitive, criticism truly, truly hurts. :D:D

Whew. When I saw your thread title, I was worried that yet another 69-year-old had kicked the bucket. Then I looked him up and he's only 67, so I guess he's safe for a while longer.

He's currently touring with Steely Dan. Interesting...and probably great...combo.
